Marie Neugent has spent more than a decade as a leader, body worker and educator with a dedicated focus in Eastern and Western bodywork, Western Herbalism, theology, spirituality, divine connection, leadership and a vast variety of modalities centered around spirituality and holistic healing.  After her undergraduate studies in Accounting and Business Administration she went on to have over 30 successful years in an accounting and executive management career in the medical and fitness industry with over 10 years in non-profit accounting and grant writing.

After a near death horse accident in 2006, months of rehabilitation and tons of alternative therapies she accepted the calling to use her hands and her heart to educate the world of the love and caring spirit of God.  She graduated with honors in the field of massage and later advanced her studies in yoga, hypnotherapy, western herbalism,  spiritual life coaching, and Christian ministry. Over 14 years ago as a serious entrepreneur she started a holistic wellness center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and moved it to Mesa, Arizona in 2008. Marie is dedicated to teaching others how to achieve wholeness through a faith and health connection.  Her healing practice comes from a place of self-empowerment and deep spiritual integrity.  She has been very successful in treating clients from all over the world with her healing touch and years of knowledge and experience.

PURPOSE

Promote the advancement of education and/or science in the area of dogs assisting people in their daily lives.

 

Explore the biological, affective, psycho-social and cognitive aspects of working human/canine teams. 

​

Reduce prejudice and discrimination of working dog teams through education and community outreach; decreasing social tensions while leaving a positive impression behind. 

 

Advocate for human/canine team's rights secured by law through the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other pertinent legislation.
