Tanya Stephens – Secretary, Social Media, Grant Writer

I have worked in the nonprofit field for the past 13 years with Festival of Children Foundation as the Manager of Administration & Communications. I started as a volunteer 15 years ago and loved the mission of this foundation. During these past 13 years, I have absorbed as much as I can about nonprofits, website work, social media, peer-to-peer fundraising, grant research and the amazing people that are a part of the nonprofit community.

I try to put the knowledge I have gained to use in helping any way I can. When I’m not working, I enjoy volunteering with Paws 4 Healing, a Community Partner of Pet Partners®, spending time with friends, family & my “furbabies” as well as raising awareness for causes I love and support.  I am very honored to be on the board for the Barker Dog Foundation! Barker, Doc-Barker and Kidd-Barker all hold a very special place in my heart!
